Valentine Bagnoud has been registered with the Genevan Bar since 2013. Her practice covers domestic and international disputes, in both civil and criminal law, with a specialisation in white collar crime and international mutual assistance in criminal matters.
Nicolas Capt
Founding partner
Nicolas Capt has been registered with the Genevan Bar since 2009. He is internationally recognized for his specialisation in Media law and reputation, modern technology law, in particular the law relating to artificial intelligence. He also offers considerable experience in Crisis Management.
Claire Dornier
Assistant
Claire Dornier obtained her Bachelor and Masters at law at Geneva University. During her Masters, she spent a year at Humboldt-Universitat zu Berlin. Prior to obtaining her Bar Certificate, Claire Dornier worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Civil Law department at Geneva University.
