Situated at 15, Cours des Bastions and founded by Nicolas Capt, the Firm offers its international and demanding clients legal services in the areas of business law, media and IT law, data protection and personal rights law.

The Firm provides its clients an established practice in criminal, administrative and debt collection, in particular the recovery of debts on behalf of Swiss and foreign banks.

The Firm offers advisory services, as well as acting on behalf of its clients in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, before cantonal and federal authorities and courts of ordinary jurisdiction as well as before international organisations, and assists its clients in the implementation of complex projects.

The Firm is experienced in handling complex files with an international dimension; it also enjoys close relationships with first class lawyers both in Switzerland and around the globe.
