Valentine Bagnoud

Partner at the Firm, Valentine Bagnoud has been registered with the Genevan Bar since 2013. Her practice covers domestic and international disputes, in both civil and criminal matters, with a specialisation in white collar crime and international mutual assistance in criminal matters.
Experience
Following legal studies at the universities of Geneva and Zurich, Valentine Bagnoud was a trainee at the firm of Ming Halpérin Burger Inaudi, then at the First Instance Tribunal of Geneva, having been awarded her Bar Certificate in Geneva in 2013.
In 2014, she joined the firm RVMH Avocats in Geneva, where she specialised in white collar crime and international mutual assistance in criminal matters. She then moved to New York for one year; there she acted as a consultant with Paladin PBC, an innovative platform which provided pro bono legal advice. She also took a course in business communication at the New York University School for professional studies. In 2018, she joined the firm LALIVE in Geneva, continuing to practice in her selected areas, up until she joined Quinze Cours de Bastions in 2023.
Awards and organisations
In 2012, Valentine Bagnoud won the 1st prize in the Michel Nancoz public speaking competition of the Genevan Bar Association. In the same year, she was awarded 2nd prize in at the Paris Montreal public speaking competition organised by the Montreal young bar association.
She is a member of the Genevan Bar Association and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), and a member of the Genevan Committee of the Friends of the Central Bureau for Social Assistance (BCAS).
